How does the process proceed?
From the moment you contact us, we thoroughly analyze the trade show you'll be attending, your team structure, business goals, and stand requirements. Based on this analysis, we create a customized organizational plan and timeline encompassing travel, accommodation, stand concept, and B2B objectives.
While we manage flight, accommodation, and transfer bookings from a single center, we initiate concept studies for stand design and technical requirements. Based on the approved design, stand production, logistics, and exhibition space coordination are carried out simultaneously by our local teams in the USA.
From your arrival in the USA, we actively manage all field operations, from airport pick-up to the exhibition days. We ensure the timely and complete setup of your stand and provide real-time support on logistics, transportation, and technical matters throughout the exhibition.
After the fair concludes, we coordinate the stand dismantling and operation processes, and support the follow-up of the B2B meetings that took place. If requested, we also collaborate on strategic planning for future fairs, events, and business trips.
